The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality in the delivery of chatbots and digital journeys by mapping end-to-end test scenarios and executing tests manually or via automation programming. Key tasks include creating detailed test reports with evidence generation and providing metrics for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing or have completed a degree in technology and possess solid knowledge of programming logic, high analytical capacity for reading flowcharts, and familiarity with requirements analysis and basic GitHub/API knowledge. Desirable skills include Agile methodologies, Ruby, HTML, and software quality knowledge.
