Lead, develop, and engage data teams (scientists, analysts, and engineers). Define priorities, analytical roadmap, and team capacity allocation. Act as a technical and career mentor, promoting continuous team evolution. Ensure best practices in analytical engineering, MLOps, and model governance.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in Data Science/Analytics with a history of working in productive environments. Experience with production environments and MLOps is highly desirable. Familiarity with large data volumes and cloud environments (AWS and Databricks).
