The Sales Trainer will lead new sales team members through a comprehensive one-week training program, covering essential tools, processes, and dynamics, while also educating them on fundamental sales skills like effective communication and product knowledge. This role involves supervising trainee progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a smooth transition to their direct supervisor.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in a similar role such as sales training or sales coaching, coupled with over 3 years of verifiable B2C sales experience or prior sales supervisor experience. Ideal candidates should possess personal attributes like patience, empathy, organization, good personal presentation, proactivity, and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
