The Customer Success Manager builds strategic adoption roadmaps, monitors client health, and provides proactive advisory guidance connecting NetSuite capabilities to business goals. This role involves owning engagement governance, driving desired business outcomes, and leveraging education-led approaches to increase adoption and ROI.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in client-facing advisory or project/program management roles, preferably with NetSuite or similar ERP experience. Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and consultative guidance are essential.
