Core Responsibilities

Conduct daily meetings to align activities, set priorities, and provide performance feedback for the maintenance team. Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and prioritize preventive maintenance plans. Manage emergency requests, specifying technical needs and overseeing the acquisition of necessary parts and services. Collaborate with the Operations team on specific downtime that impacts the business, ensuring clear communication during emergency maintenance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. Knowledge in automation and integrations such as PLC, SCADA, general electrical systems, and basic mechanics. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, team leadership, and managing maintenance indicators. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and maintenance management software, preferably SAP PM.
