The Associate Technical Account Manager supports primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring systems, and coaching users on best practices. They also analyze data patterns to identify optimization opportunities and assist in troubleshooting technical issues for a portfolio of VIP clients.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with strong SQL and data manipulation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a background in relational databases are mandatory for this role.
