You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating with clients to meet their hiring needs. You will also maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and 1-3 years of recruitment experience. Advanced English proficiency and experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse are required.
