The role involves developing General Mills brands within distributors by focusing on numerical distribution and in-store mix, while also developing the national Atacado Martins segment. Key tasks include presenting commercial plans, training distributor teams, managing current accounts, and developing solutions to meet objectives for placements, sell-out, and extra displays.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree and prior experience working within the Distributor Channel, including proven experience in People Management. A valid CNH B license and availability for travel are mandatory requirements.
