The selected candidate will lead the continuous improvement of HR services across six countries in Latin America, ensuring compliance with labor practices. They will manage HR operations technically and collaborate with country managers to implement labor policies effectively.

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in Human Resources with a generalist focus and knowledge of Argentine labor laws and union relations. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required, along with the ability to travel for relationship management.
