Design and configure the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including entitlements and software models. Manage complex licensing for Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM, including integration with external tools. Develop workflows to automate software requests and license reclamation.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API, Business Rules, and Flow Designer. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Data Management using Transform Maps. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required.
