EYWhat You'll Do
Participate in labor due diligence processes, including social security and employment matters. Support M&A projects, corporate reorganizations, and post-transaction integration processes. Prepare executive reports identifying labor risks, contingencies, and improvement opportunities. Advise clients on labor matters, work relationships, hiring, compensation, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in labor consulting, labor due diligence, M&A, and corporate transactions. Advanced English proficiency for client meetings and report writing. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
