Core Responsibilities

The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring software based on customer requirements, and analyzing data patterns to drive value. They will also assist in troubleshooting errors, coaching users on functionality, and contributing to strategic customer engagement and upsell motions.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with mandatory advanced SQL skills. Experience with relational databases, data manipulation, and familiarity with Sales Performance Management or Varicent software is strongly preferred.
