Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing creative projects from concept to completion, delivering effective creative solutions that promote brand integrity and inspire clients, while also directing and mentoring junior creative team members. Key duties include collaborating with strategy, visualizing, photography, and artwork teams, and presenting creative work clearly both internally and externally.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 5-7 years of creative or design experience, preferably with expertise in packaging design and a strong portfolio, along with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar field. Essential requirements include high competence in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
