Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in implementing projects and equipment, team management, and launching new operations, including medium to high complexity projects. Advanced knowledge of Google tools and project management software, with availability to travel within the country. Proficient in English at an advanced level, with intermediate Spanish knowledge preferred.
