Technology Operations Center Senior Technician

Manage TOC activities during assigned shifts and monitor all IT applications. Coordinate updates to core monitoring applications and escalate business issues as necessary. Assist Engineering teams with security vulnerability management and support CI/CD pipelines across environments.

3+ years of experience in Information Technology within a Technology Operations or DevOps environment. Experience with cloud-based technologies and AI-based solutions for monitoring. Proficiency in Linux command line and problem management tools.
