What You'll Do
Direct, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team of AEM architects, engineers, and service delivery managers. Define, track, and optimize operational KPIs, SLAs, and resource utilization to ensure profitable, 24/7/365 world-class delivery. Act as the sponsor for high-value MS client relationships, ensuring flawless delivery against scope while identifying modernization and expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For
15+ years of leadership experience in technology consulting, IT leadership, or enterprise program management, with at least 5+ years in a VP or equivalent executive role. Proven experience managing large, multi-million dollar managed services portfolios with distributed global teams. Deep understanding of enterprise AEM implementations and AI integrations.
What We Offer
Candidates are required to be based in or near the Bogotá metro area for in-office attendance at a minimum of 2 days a week.
