Delivery Area Manager, Last Mile Operations

Managing day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). Driving operational goals and metrics for your Delivery Station and communicating the vision to your team. Problem-solving for closing gaps between performance and goals. Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. 3+ years of employee and performance management experience. 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Fluent in English and Spanish.
