Core Responsibilities

The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, coaching users, and configuring Varicent software to meet customer requirements. They will also analyze data patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to strategic customer engagement and value realization.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience with Sales Performance Management and hands-on knowledge of Varicent software products are strongly preferred.
