The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding export cargo and managing bookings. They will also communicate with various teams to manage customer expectations and invoice additional charges as needed.

Requirements

Candidates should have customer service experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also required.
