On Site Medical Representative, OMR

Perform initial triage of associates presenting with injuries or discomfort, provide first aid, and refer them to external medical providers when necessary. Document and maintain updated medical records for associates. Manage first aid kits, including inventory control and ensuring cleanliness of equipment. Train managers and associates on prevention, first aid, and emergency protocols.

Bachelor's degree as a Surgeon or Nursing. Valid federal license. Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or willingness to obtain it within the first four weeks of employment. Intermediate level of English (reading and conversation).
