Analista Sênior em ServiceNow - ITSM

Act on projects for the implementation, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow | ITSM platform, developing and customizing applications according to user needs. Responsible for the project development process, business environment configuration, and production environment management based on business requirements. Conduct data imports and integrations, write stories, create rules and workflows, and document while assisting in the technical training of junior developers.

Solid experience in ServiceNow, working on complex projects in corporate environments. In-depth knowledge of ITSM and development of scalable solutions. Strong experience with integrations on the ServiceNow platform, including defining and implementing architectures. Desired knowledge in other platform modules and certifications CSA and/or CIS ITSM.
