Maintain quality systems including product complaints, staff training, and local documentation, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Oversee the CAPA system, coordinating investigations and follow-ups on non-conformities and corrective actions. Support the Quality Manager in managing quality systems and processes, including audits and risk management.

Bachelor's degree related to health (Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biological Chemistry). Master's degree or specialization in quality systems (Good Manufacturing Practices, Storage, and Distribution). At least 4 years of experience in quality systems management. Advanced English proficiency.
