Risk Control Assurance (RCA) Operations (Miguel Hidalgo)

Ensure that the internal control system supports the effectiveness and efficiency of Operations processes for continuous improvement. Identify and diagnose risks and controls within the unit, and define action plans for risk mitigation. Design and maintain operational controls, and review existing mitigation mechanisms associated with critical risks.

3-5 years of experience in risk management and control implementation. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of SOX law, risk methodologies, and operational processes is essential. Intermediate English proficiency is desired.
