Core Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager Operations is responsible for comprehensively managing the operational performance of a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring stable, efficient, and frictionless operations by working across commercial, logistics, quality, integration, and user experience teams. This role acts as the operational owner for the partner, anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and articulating solutions to improve KPIs and customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or a related field, with desirable prior experience in operations or strategic account management roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboard reading (Tableau/Looker) is required, with desirable knowledge of SQL/BigQuery, alongside strong analytical, proactive, ownership, and results-oriented capabilities.
