Bachelor's degree required. Experience in commercial activities within an agency or similar market experience. Certifications such as C-PRO R (CPA 20) or C-PRO I (CEA) are necessary. Knowledge of financial products, cooperative legislation, sales techniques, negotiation, and business vision is essential.
