Commercial Support Intern

Provide administrative support to the commercial team and assist in the preparation of reports and indicators. Accompany key merchants from their onboarding in the application, ensuring proper integration and compliance with commitments. Train and validate a digital follow-up bot, managing its requirements and coordinating with involved teams until implementation.

University student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Interest in commercial areas, data analysis, automation, and process improvement. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, as well as Google Drive and collaborative tools.
