Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, from the first strategic conversation to contract signature. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, ensuring rigorous forecasting and hygiene within Hubspot. Lead high-stakes conversations with CFOs and senior finance leaders, translating complex financial structures into clear value propositions. Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigating corporate buying processes in Brazil.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on complex deals. Proven background in banking, fintech, or B2B tech companies. Experience selling to C-level executives, particularly CFOs. Working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
