What You'll Do
Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including workshops and project follow-up activities. Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools and frameworks. Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, and expected outcomes. Assist in structuring opportunities through problem statements and project briefs.
What We're Looking For
Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, or innovation. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile. Fluent in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.
