Software Analyst
MonksCore Responsibilities
Ensure consistent high-quality deliveries with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Diagnose and resolve complex issues faced by internal teams, often under pressure and tight deadlines. Implement and promote best practices for testing and monitor performance metrics and failures in production. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce operational costs, and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as a developer or in similar roles. Intermediate knowledge of Programming Logic. Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Availability for 8 hours daily.
