Define and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server. Oversee the implementation and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring robust versioning and security. Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Drive the optimization of CI/CD workflows and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment. Deep, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with a track record in database design and optimization. Strong experience designing SOAP and RESTful web services. Advanced English proficiency.
