People Systems Specialist

Lead technology projects and initiatives from start to finish as part of the Delivery team, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate management and communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of needs and resources. Manage tools and developments implemented, ensuring their scalability and continuity. Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes through technology and AI, in collaboration with Human Resources and other key functions.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Proven experience in managing technology projects and leading digital transformation initiatives. Practical experience with AI (implementation, integration, or management of projects with AI/ML components). Previous experience in implementing user-centered technological solutions.
