QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Conduct deep dives into regional conversion drops, analyze portfolio maturation, identify funnel bottlenecks, and dissect performance outliers. Build and maintain operational tools for Account Managers, including goal tracking dashboards and efficiency calculators. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and create tactical tools to address real issues. Ensure data accuracy by investigating discrepancies in dashboards and collaborating with Data Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, Window Functions, and complex Joins. Experience in data analysis and operational intelligence. Ability to specify business needs and ensure proper data tracking. Strong analytical skills to elevate the team's analytical standards.
