Oracle Cloud HCM - Absence Lead Consultant
ArganoCore Responsibilities
The Lead Consultant is responsible for managing mid-to-large client engagements, aligning client business processes with Oracle HCM Cloud methods, and leading workshops to formulate functional requirements. They will also configure the Oracle Cloud environment, manage the module track of the project, and advise clients on options and risks.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5-10 years of Client Services experience, specific module expertise in Absence Management, and a track record of completing 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Advanced English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at both business and technical levels are required.
