Manager, Banking Operations

Lead a team of Banking Operations analysts by setting priorities, coaching performance, and building a high-accountability culture. Oversee payment monitoring across Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, checks, and stablecoins, ensuring alerts and escalations are resolved timely. Build scalable operating frameworks for onboarding and quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and refining procedures.

5+ years of experience in US banking operations or related functions. 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching employees. Working knowledge of high-risk money movement workflows and practical fluency with AI tools.

The expected salary range for this role is USD $119,328 - $149,160. The position is based in Seattle with a hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week, and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.
