Lead the UX team to define the experience strategy for digital products, aligning user and business needs. Conduct usability tests and analyze metrics to support design decisions with data. Supervise the creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and complex information architectures.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles and at least 2 years leading design teams. Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
