Analyze and manage service impacts, making efficient resource usage decisions. Coordinate and supervise technical requests, validate preventive and corrective work, and control service quality from suppliers. Generate reports to analyze network availability and manage new equipment acceptance.
What We're Looking For
Completed or advanced studies in technical careers or related fields. Experience in telecommunications networks and technical service management. Knowledge of Nokia 3G/4G/5G technologies and transmission systems. Proficiency in Office 365 and Power BI.
