Senior Software Engineer (Back-end)

Design and implement robust back-end architectures focusing on scalability, performance, and cost. Identify and resolve root causes of complex issues, including bugs and system integrations. Lead technical integrations and mentor junior engineers in daily tasks. Collaborate with PMs and management in technical discovery processes and proof of concepts.

Solid experience in back-end development using Java and Spring. Proficiency in distributed systems architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Ability to make architectural decisions autonomously, assessing impacts and trade-offs. Experience with CI/CD environments and DevOps culture.
