Hub Supervisor
RappiCore Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to supervise and guarantee the correct operation of the hub, ensuring good service and resolution of issues for Rappi couriers (Rappidendros). This includes guaranteeing city operations such as reviewing weather, cancellations, fraud, and support, alongside effective service for couriers.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Technician or Technologist with administrative and customer service experience, including a minimum of one and a half years of experience leading teams. The role requires working Sunday through Sunday with one day off and possessing intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
