What You'll Do
Support research and discovery by assisting in website analysis, market understanding, and benchmarking. Aid in interface design by creating wireframes and mockups in Figma under team guidance. Engage in CRO by monitoring the creation, application, and analysis of A/B tests and heatmaps to improve page conversions. Assist in structuring and conducting usability tests and support data-driven decisions to enhance information architecture and user journeys.
What We're Looking For
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma and a strong desire to improve through practice. Theoretical knowledge or understanding of prototyping, navigability, and UX/UI principles. Genuine interest in CRO and data analysis, with a willingness to learn about A/B testing. A portfolio or academic/personal projects demonstrating logical reasoning in design problem-solving.
