Technical Analyst, Workday

Manage support cases and partner with the technical team to resolve defects. Collaborate with Key Users and maintain clear communication channels. Contribute to project initiatives and provide support during testing to ensure quality and accuracy.

Completed university degree. High-level English proficiency (written and oral); Portuguese is a plus. Proven experience working with Workday (HCM modules preferred) and proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
