The Controller will lead full cycle accounting close processes, produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements, and serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax preparers. Responsibilities also include overseeing bookkeeping, managing AR/AP, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance across various accounting functions.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Master's preferred) and over 10 years of applicable experience, particularly within the tech, CPG, and life science industries. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting theory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with strong communication and time management skills, are essential.
