CX Agent
RappiCore Responsibilities
The CX Agent will be responsible for actively contacting and prospecting restaurants and businesses via phone, email, and digital channels to integrate them into Rappi. This involves presenting Rappi's value solutions, negotiating terms, closing commercial agreements, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead identification to successful platform activation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in cold calling, call centers, or similar commercial roles. Essential requirements include outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a results-oriented attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
