Plan and evolve AI integration roadmaps for asset production solutions across various media. Advise account leads and stakeholders on team composition and technology requirements. Manage day-to-day execution across multiple technology and production streams, ensuring timely delivery. Lead and mentor a small team of Creative Technologists and AI Artists, fostering a culture of ownership and high-quality output.

2-3+ years of experience in agentic and AI-driven production. Technical fluency with tools such as LLMs, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ComfyUI, and Runway. Proven ability to independently develop plans and solutions. Experience leading small technical or creative teams. Business-fluent in Spanish and English.
