Analista de Riesgo y Compliance

Supervise claims to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Conduct daily reviews of claims processing and payments to confirm proper execution and identify potential issues. Provide periodic feedback, reports, and performance analysis to supervisors and management regarding operational results and emerging trends.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Bilingual/intermediate-advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Must have good quality metrics and attendance records over the last 12 months.
