Lead the annual capacity planning process and design the logistics network for the last mile in the medium and long term. Design, configure, and structure cross-analytical tools and automated dashboards using SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Tableau to optimize the team's tactical work. Lead the PMO for expansions, ensuring and expanding the physical infrastructure of facilities while coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders. Translate operational needs of the transport network into analytical data models to expedite decision-making.
Requirements
Professionals with degrees in fields such as Actuarial Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas. Knowledge in database management and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BigQuery, Tableau). Valuable knowledge or interest in areas like Network Design, S&OP, Control Tower, or Logistics Operations Management. Good communication skills with stakeholders, translating data into clear information for decision-making. Interest or experience in using AI tools applied to workflows.
