Coordinador de Planta

Coordinate and manage human and material resources within the assigned plant to meet operational quality and service standards. Monitor and ensure daily production raw materials availability. Supervise unionized personnel and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

Knowledge of production systems and inventory management. Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite and SAP is desirable. Strong decision-making and conflict management skills are essential.
