Core Responsibilities

The role involves representing the designated end-to-end business process within the IT Foundation Program, including creating test scenarios, executing tests, documenting results, and collaborating with IT and business SMEs to validate system behavior against requirements. Responsibilities also cover planning and delivering training materials, supporting data cleansing and validation for cutover, mapping risks, and acting as the liaison between IT and Business teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields, coupled with solid experience in understanding integrated business processes and corporate systems, particularly in digital transformation and ERP implementation like SAP. Essential requirements include experience with Human Resources systems end-to-end flows, data management/quality, change management, training, documentation, strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and advanced English for global interface.
