Credit Data Science Specialist

Develop and monitor Credit Scoring and Churn models using transactional data from the Wellhub platform. Implement Generative AI and advanced algorithms to automate the credit analysis process. Conduct quantitative studies and backtesting on portfolio behavior to optimize credit limits and retention strategies. Analyze debt recovery performance and build propensity-to-pay models to enhance the external collection strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Experience in Python with regression and classification algorithms for financial forecasting. Knowledge of credit lifecycles and statistical modeling, including predictive modeling using machine learning techniques. Mastery of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

This is a fully remote position for candidates located in Brazil.
