Ensure organization and control of last mile vehicle dispatches in the operational floor. Provide follow-up, support, training, and control of last mile drivers delivering packages. Focus on continuous improvement of vehicle dispatch processes. Monitor KPIs and propose actions in case of deviations.
Requirements
Be a student (close to graduation) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Have knowledge in data analysis, KPIs, and handling modeling and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or BigQuery) and proficiency in Office (desirable). Have experience in logistics and transportation operations roles, knowledge in supply chain and last mile distribution (desirable).
