Lead teams to ensure operational success in the involved processes. Generate performance indicators and reports to monitor various activities. Ensure that each shipping process is executed with excellence. Identify improvement opportunities in the process and make strategic decisions to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers on our platform. Develop a highly efficient team with the highest safety standards and an excellent work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in similar positions. Background in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Availability to work the T1 shift in Cajamar/SP.
